​Shipping Policy
 

   We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and  always on time.
Please note our shipping policy as follows:
    - We make our best efforts to ship each item in your order within 7 working days of the order. However in some cases, we may take longer, up to 10 working days to ship the order
    - We ship on all week days (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays..
    - If you find that the product is not your size, after accepting delivery of the goods, you can  mail us at  ​ shoesenigma@gmail.com , mentioning your order & new-order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.
    - Please note all items will be shipped with an invoice mentioning the price, as per Macedonian Tax Regulations
